President and founder, Rob Belcher brings you experience of over twenty years in all facets of the audio and communications fields for various applications, as well as, touring concert and audio production with some of the most prestigious and successful touring rock bands in the world, having worked in over thirty-five countries in the course of these combined careers.

For the past ten years Rob has also been a high level ice hockey referee while achieving such successes as officiating amateur championship games at the regional and national levels for USA Hockey, as well as, officiating at the professional level for the Central Hockey League. Even having his rookie-season pro sweater donated to the Hockey Hall of Fame.

Rob comments, "The best experience that I have gained in my different career paths all tie together in the sense that the best job gets done when nobody notices I was there. When I worked as a guitar technician for bands (including Metallica, Ozzy Osbourne, or members of Journey), if a guitar rig would go down I could fix it before an audience of 20,000 people (or even other members of the band on stage) ever noticed a problem. When I officiate a hockey game, the best games are the ones that no one can remember who the referee was because my calls were not questioned, leaving the players to decide the outcome on their own. Now, with systems integration, my objective is to go into a project and seamlessly work with all of the other sub-contractors on the job, to the point where we save the builders and homeowners the headache and worries of scheduling and design. What the client is left with is a set of easy to operate systems that impressively work together and not only hide into the design of the room but enhance the entertainment and comfort experience by their performance. When the system is on, it blows you away, but when it's off, you have to look for it to find it, because it is blended so well into the decor. Whether it's in a stadium, arena or your living room, by allowing the performers (musicians, players or electronic components) to do what they do best, the audience benefits the most. I take pride in helping to provide you the best experience possible, during the project and long after."
